Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) – COSMICONFLUENCE

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all contracts and services concluded via our website www.cosmiconfluence.com between the provider (operator of the website) and the users. They apply in particular to memberships (Phoenix and Family Program) as well as to the Resonance Analysis as a one-time service. The version of the T&Cs in force at the time the contract is concluded shall apply.

2. Description of services

COSMICONFLUENCE offers digital content and programs for self-reflection and personal development. The services include in particular:

  • Free global programs: Public sessions and content available to users without registration.

  • Phoenix membership: Access to structured programs, content, and frequency offerings for personal development (€10 per month).

  • Family Program membership: Access to structured programs and reflection modules for the conscious development of family dynamics (€15 per month).

  • Resonance Analysis (one-time service): Individually created analysis for self-reflection based on a completed form (self-report) (€180 one-time). The evaluation is AI-assisted in an external processing step, is reviewed before delivery, and is generally sent within 2–7 days after full receipt of the required information by email to the email address provided by the user. Immediate or automated provision via the website is not provided.

3. Overview of services

3.1 Free global programs

Public sessions and content available to all users without registration.

3.2 Phoenix membership

Access to structured programs, content, and frequency offerings for personal development.
Price: €10 per month.

3.3 Family Program membership

Access to structured programs and reflection modules for the conscious development of family dynamics.
Price: €15 per month.

3.4 Resonance Analysis (one-time service)

An individually created analysis for self-reflection and personal development based on a completed form (self-report).

  • Price: €180 (one-time payment)

  • Processing time: generally 2–7 days after full receipt of the required information

  • Delivery: by email to the email address provided by the user

  • Process: The evaluation is AI-assisted in an external processing step and is reviewed before delivery. Immediate or automated provision via the website is not provided.

3.5 Access period & reactivation (Resonance Analysis) (Addendum)

After successful payment, access to the Resonance Analysis form is activated for 7 days. The evaluation is created only after the form has been submitted in full.
If the form is not submitted within the 7 days, the user may request a one-time manual reactivation of access by email within 30 days of the purchase date. A refund will not be granted.

4. Conclusion of contract

A contract is concluded:

  • for memberships by completing the booking and successful payment,

  • for the Resonance Analysis by submitting the form (including the required consents) and successful payment.

5. Prices and payment

  1. All prices are in euros.

  2. Membership fees are due monthly in advance.

  3. The Resonance Analysis must be paid in full before processing begins.

  4. Payment processing is handled via the payment services provided by Wix (e.g., Wix Payments, integrated providers such as PayPal).

  5. Taxes (Addendum): If VAT applies, it will be displayed and calculated at checkout depending on the customer’s location.

6. Term and cancellation (memberships)

  1. Phoenix and Family memberships are concluded on a monthly basis and automatically renew for one additional month each unless cancelled before the next billing date.

  2. Cancellation can be made by the user via the members area of the website.

  3. Membership fees already charged will not be refunded unless mandatory statutory claims apply.

  4. After a charge has been made, cancellation is possible at any time for the next billing period.

7. Right of withdrawal and exclusion for individualized services

7.1 Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

7.2 Resonance Analysis – exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The Resonance Analysis is an individualized service. The right of withdrawal expires once processing of the analysis has begun, provided that the user has expressly agreed that performance begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has simultaneously confirmed that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

8. Use of content

  1. All programs, content, and reports are intended exclusively for personal use.

  2. Passing on, reproducing, or commercial use by third parties is prohibited.

  3. The offerings serve self-reflection and personal development. They do not constitute medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic treatment and do not replace such treatment.

9. Liability

  1. The provider is liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health.

  2. In cases of slight negligence, the provider is liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

  3. Liability for decisions or actions that users take on the basis of the provided content is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

  4. No guarantee is given for specific results or developments.

10. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.

11. Changes to the T&Cs

The provider reserves the right to amend these T&Cs for objective reasons (e.g., legal changes, technical developments, expansion of the offering). Users will be informed of material changes in an appropriate manner.

12. Final provisions

Should any provision of these T&Cs be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
