General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts and services provided through our website www.cosmiconfluence.com between the website operator and users.

2. Service Description

  • Free Global Programs: Public sessions accessible to all users without registration.

  • Phoenix Membership: Access to structured frequency programs and exclusive content for a monthly fee of 30 euros.

  • Family Program: Access to structured frequency programs and reflection modules for the conscious development of family dynamics for a monthly fee of 50 euros.

The programs and content are based on a self-exploration and consciousness development research approach. The anonymized evaluation of user experiences contributes to the further development of the programs.

3. Contract Formation

A binding contract is established between the user and the website operator upon registration and payment of the respective membership fee or by completing the form for a personalized program.

4. Membership and Payment Terms

  • The Phoenix and Family Program memberships can be subscribed to on a monthly basis and will be automatically renewed unless canceled within the required time frame.

  • The membership fee is 30 euros per month for the Phoenix Membership and 50 euros per month for the Family Program Membership.

5. Termination and Contract Duration

  • The Phoenix Membership can be canceled at any time directly via the member area of the website.

  • It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the cancellation is processed before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

  • Refunds of already deducted amounts are excluded.

6. Use of the Programs

  • The offered frequency programs and content are intended for personal use only and may not be shared or sold to third parties.

  • The programs are designed for self-development and do not replace medical or therapeutic counseling.

  • Participation in the programs may be anonymously evaluated as part of the research project.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The operator assumes no liability for any personal or health-related damages that may arise from using the programs.

  • No guarantee is provided for the achievement of specific results.

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

9. Amendments to the GTC

The operator reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. Changes will be communicated to users in a timely manner via email.

10. Final Provisions

If any provision of these GTC is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
The applicable law is that of the Federal Republic of Germany.
