Resonance Analysis (FAQ)
1) What is the Cosmiconfluence Resonance Analysis?
The Cosmiconfluence Resonance Analysis is a structured self-reflection and analysis tool for self-clarification and development. It brings your experience and actions into a traceable structure and makes visible how in sync your life currently feels—in relation to yourself, other people, and your everyday life.
2) What does “resonance” mean in this context?
Resonance is understood here in a matter-of-fact way: How well does what matters to you inwardly (values, goals, needs) fit with what you experience and do—and how do you respond to that internally and outwardly? This creates a differentiated picture of fit, tensions, and typical response dynamics in everyday life.
3) Is the Resonance Analysis diagnostics or therapy?
No. “Analysis” here does not mean diagnostics, but structure: patterns become visible, connections are organized, and conditions become identifiable—without labeling or evaluating people. The Resonance Analysis is not therapy, not treatment, and does not replace medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic support.
4) What does the Resonance Analysis provide in practice?
The goal is self-clarity: not only “This is who I am,” but “This is how I typically respond when X happens—and under which conditions this intensifies or eases.” On this basis, recurring patterns, resources, areas of tension, and realistic leverage points for self-regulation and further development become visible—as orientation, not as a judgment.
5) Who is the Resonance Analysis suitable for? Are there any prerequisites?
The Resonance Analysis is intended for people aged 18 and over who want to understand their experience, decisions, and typical responses in a structured way—for example in everyday life, relationships, family, work, role responsibility, or personal development. No prior knowledge is required.
6) Can I use the Resonance Analysis for relationship decisions?
Yes—as orientation. For singles, it can help structure partner choice through realistic fit (e.g., values, closeness/distance, conflict patterns, boundaries, everyday-life and role structure). For couples, it can support understanding everyday dynamics more clearly before binding steps (e.g., moving in together, marriage, family planning). The decision remains with the people involved.
7) What is the Resonance Analysis form, and how is it structured?
The Resonance Analysis form is a structured self-report instrument. It includes 14 topic areas with a total of 68 questions. Each question has 12 selectable options, for a total of 816 rateable response options (68 × 12). You rate each relevant option on a scale from 0 to 5.
8) What does the 0–5 scale mean exactly?
0 means deliberately exclude—this option does not apply or should not be included in the analysis. Content you exclude with 0 is consistently not considered and does not appear in the result.
1–5 means rate—the higher the value, the more relevant the respective content is in your experience or behavior. The analysis is based exclusively on the ratings you approved (1–5).
9) Why does the form use ratings instead of long explanation texts?
Because ratings are often more reliably possible than complete justifications. The structured scale creates a comparable data basis across many topics and can therefore make priorities, focus profiles, tension and friction constellations, and possible cross-connections visible—without premature interpretation.
10) What do I receive as a result, and in what format?
You will receive two PDF files by email to the email address entered in the form:
-
the structured results report (typically approx. 10–20 pages)
-
the AI Assistant Data Package (A–C) as a PDF, including instructions for use (e.g., for Custom GPT)
11) What does the results report provide, and how is it structured?
The report condenses your approved inputs into a clear overall picture. It makes resources, areas of tension, and typical response dynamics visible so that connections become understandable and you gain orientation for conscious self-regulation and development. The report is descriptive, not evaluative, and is based exclusively on your ratings (1–5); excluded content (0) does not appear.
12) What is the personal AI assistant package, and what is it for?
The AI Assistant Data Package (A–C) is a professionally structured PDF file that enables you to build a personal AI assistant (e.g., as a Custom GPT or in another AI system). It is designed to serve as a long-term context basis—for example for everyday situations, decisions, planning, communication, self-regulation, and development. The instructions in the PDF show examples of how you can use the content.
13) What is the process (booking, completion, evaluation, delivery)?
After purchase and successful payment, you receive access to the form. From the time of purchase, you have 7 days to complete and submit the form. Completion in multiple steps is possible; submission is one-time only. After submission, the multi-stage evaluation begins, and the results are then delivered by email.
14) What deadlines apply exactly—and what if I need more time?
The deadline is 7 days from purchase. If you need more time, you can request an extension by email. The response and processing of the request can take up to 7 days. In addition, you can submit a “form reactivation request” by email no later than 30 days after the end of the 7-day period to enable completion/submission of the form again.
15) How long does the evaluation take?
After final submission, processing time is generally 2 to 7 days. The evaluation takes place outside the platform in a multi-stage process with AI support and manual expert checks for quality assurance.
16) How is data storage handled? Is anything stored with you?
No. No files or content are stored with us on a permanent basis. The information is used in the processing system exclusively to create your results and is deleted after delivery to you.
17) How do payment, invoice, and price work?
The Resonance Analysis costs €180 one-time (net) plus VAT. Payment is available, according to your information, via all common methods, including PayPal. An invoice is generated automatically.
18) Can I cancel after purchase or receive a refund?
No. No refund is possible after purchasing the Resonance Analysis.
19) Can I submit the form multiple times or change it afterwards?
No. Submission is possible only once. The form is designed so that submission is only possible once all questions have been answered in full. Please review carefully before final submission.
20) What should I do if I do not receive the report or the AI package?
If you do not receive your results within the expected timeframe (at the latest after the processing time), please contact us. In most cases, this is an organizational delivery issue that can be resolved quickly
Family Program (FAQ)
1) What is the Family Program?
The Family Program is a methodological framework for families and communities to shape developmental processes consciously in everyday life. It combines structured reflection and documentation with synchronized meditation sessions as a practice routine and makes development over time traceable—individually and in a family context.
2) Which family forms is it suitable for—and for whom is it not suitable?
It is suitable for different family and community forms (e.g., blended, multigenerational, foster, and adoptive families, as well as communal living arrangements). It is not suitable as a replacement for therapy/diagnostics or in cases of acute crises and strongly escalating conflicts; in such cases, professional help takes priority.
3) Is the Family Program therapy or family counseling?
No. It is a development and reflection framework. It does not provide diagnoses, does not make promises of healing, and does not replace professional crisis support or therapy.
4) Which methods does the Family Program include?
Two methods: metacognitive self-reflection via a rating form (with an individual level and a family level) and synchronized meditation sessions (Cosmiconfluence Sessions (UTC)) as a short practice routine. Both methods can be used together or individually.
5) What is the difference between the individual level and the family level in the rating form?
In the individual part, each person reflects for themselves (scale, questions, notes, next steps). In the family part, the family reflects together: dynamics, communication, rituals, routines, and shared priorities. Shared documentation takes place in the provided family form; for individual progress tracking, a personal development journal per person is additionally recommended.
6) How does using the rating form work in practice?
Typical process: scale rating (current status), selection of 1–3 focus areas, reflection and documentation, derivation of small steps, implementation in everyday life, and regular comparison over time. The start can be small; as routine grows, the process is expanded step by step. In addition, individual observations can be recorded in the personal development journal, while the family form documents shared development.
7) How are shared priorities set without creating pressure?
The family prioritizes a few areas (1–3) that are relevant for the next week/phase and agrees on realistic, concrete steps. The goal is not perfection, but stability and practical fit in everyday life. Not every family member has to work in exactly the same way, but a shared framework increases orientation.
8) What is documented—and how does progress over time emerge?
Scale values, notes, observations, and implemented steps are documented. The provided family form is used as shared family reflection and development documentation: it records what the family as a system observes, agrees on, and changes over time.
For individual progress tracking, each family member additionally uses their own personal development journal to record personal observations, insights, and progress over time. The basis is self-assessments and notes; these are not clinical measurements or diagnostics.
9) What are synchronized meditation sessions (Cosmiconfluence Sessions)?
These are short meditation sessions (5–10 minutes) at clearly defined time windows that can be used individually or together. They serve as a repeatable practice routine and can be used as a family ritual to stabilize routines and shared presence.
10) Do you provide audio/material, or only time and frequency schedules?
A plan is provided: time windows and the intended frequencies per time slot. Implementation is done independently using your own devices. Frequencies are defined as an organizational assignment per time slot and are not formulated as scientifically proven causal mechanisms.
11) Which schedules exist (individual, global, Cosmiconfluence UTC)?
There are individual sessions (flexible), global sessions (time-of-day windows at your location), and Cosmiconfluence Sessions (UTC) (fixed time windows for simultaneous participation). Families choose the model that realistically fits everyday life.
12) What does “6 UTC time windows per day” and “3 sessions recommended” mean?
There are six fixed Cosmiconfluence time windows per day based on UTC. Participation in three sessions per day is recommended; selection is flexible depending on everyday life and location. Families can start small (e.g., 1 session daily) and increase step by step.
13) What effects are possible—and what is not promised?
The program describes a framework of effects: possible observations include, for example, more stable routines, more reflective communication, more clarity, and better self-regulation in everyday life. No guaranteed results, no healing effects, and no diagnoses are promised; course and expression are individual and context-dependent.
14) How do I start, what does it cost, and how do I cancel?
Register, select the Family Program, complete booking, and get access to the family rating form and the sessions. Price: €15 per month. Cancellation: Possible at any time in the memberships area and effective at the end of the current billing period (max. 30 days); no pro-rata refund for started months.
Phoenix (FAQ)
1) What is Phoenix?
Phoenix is a structured membership for individuals who want to support their personal development through structured self-reflection and regular practice. It provides a framework to build inner stability, mental clarity, and self-regulation step by step in everyday life and to document development over time in a traceable way.
2) Who is Phoenix suitable for—and who is it not suitable for?
Phoenix is intended for people who want to apply self-reflection in a structured way and build routines, regardless of prior experience. Phoenix is not suitable as a replacement for therapy, diagnostics, or medical treatment; in cases of acute crises or conditions requiring treatment, professional support takes priority.
3) Is Phoenix therapy, coaching, or diagnostics?
No. Phoenix is a self-reflection and practice framework. It does not provide diagnoses, does not make promises of healing, and does not replace psychotherapeutic or medical treatment.
4) Which methods does Phoenix include?
Phoenix combines two methods: metacognitive self-reflection via a weekly rating form and frequency-based meditation sessions as a short, repeatable practice routine. Both methods can be used individually and can be combined.
5) What does “metacognitive self-reflection” mean in Phoenix?
Metacognition means “thinking about thinking”: the conscious observation of thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns. In Phoenix, this supports pattern recognition, more conscious self-regulation, and the derivation of concrete next steps for everyday life.
6) What is the rating form, and how often do I use it?
The rating form is a weekly tool for self-assessment, reflection, and planning. Typical process: determine your current status using scales, choose 1–3 focus areas, answer reflection questions, derive action impulses, and document results. Scope is flexible; starting small is explicitly possible.
7) How do I choose focus areas and action impulses?
You prioritize 1–3 areas that currently have the greatest impact on your everyday life and formulate small, realistic steps that are repeatable. This way, development is not demanded “all at once,” but built as iterative change over time.
8) What does progress documentation mean—what is saved?
Progress documentation means that scale values and notes make visible over time what stabilizes, changes, or repeats. Your entries are saved for orientation and progress tracking. The basis is self-assessments and text; these are not clinical measurements.
9) What are frequency-based meditation sessions?
These are short meditation sessions (5–10 minutes) carried out according to time windows and a frequency schedule. The practice is designed to be repeatable and serves as an everyday-practical routine to support inner calm, clarity, and self-regulation.
10) Do you provide audio/material, or only time and frequency schedules?
A plan is provided: time windows and the intended frequencies per time slot. Implementation is done independently using your own device. Frequencies are defined as an organizational assignment per time slot and are not formulated as scientifically proven causal mechanisms.
11) Which schedules exist (individual, global, Cosmiconfluence UTC)?
There are three scheduling models: individual (freely chosen), global (oriented to time-of-day windows at your location), and Cosmiconfluence Sessions (UTC) (fixed time windows for simultaneous participation). You choose the plan that best fits your everyday life.
12) What does “Cosmiconfluence Sessions (UTC)” mean in practice (6 time windows/day, 3 recommended)?
Cosmiconfluence Sessions follow Greenwich time (UTC) and offer six fixed time windows per day. Participation in three sessions per day is recommended; selection is flexible depending on everyday life and location. This keeps the routine stable without being blocked by rigid times.
13) What effects are possible—and what is not promised?
Phoenix describes a framework of effects: possible observations include, for example, more clarity, more stable self-regulation, and more reflective decision-making in everyday life. No guaranteed results, no healing effects, and no diagnoses are promised; expression and course are individual.
14) How do I start, what does it cost, and how do I cancel?
Register, select Phoenix, complete booking, and get access to the rating form and the sessions. Price: €10 per month. Cancellation: Possible at any time in the memberships area and effective at the end of the current billing period (max. 30 days); no pro-rata refund for started months.
